  2. Orders are shipped only after successful payment verification for prepaid orders or confirmation of COD eligibility.
  3. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Delivery Timeline

  1. Standard delivery within India: 3–7 business days (depending on location and courier partner).
  2. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to:

  4. Natural calamities, strikes, or other unforeseen events
  5. Courier partner delays

⚠️ TIVAE is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, but we will track and assist wherever possible.

3. Shipping Charges

  1. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
  2. Free shipping may be offered for select orders as per current promotions.
  3. Any reverse logistics charges for returns or failed deliveries are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to seller error.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  1. COD orders are accepted only for eligible locations, as determined during checkout.
  2. COD orders must be accepted at the time of delivery; refusal will be treated as a return, and COD restrictions may apply for repeat refusals.
  3. COD orders cannot be partially delivered; full order must be received or returned.

5. Shipping Partners

  1. We partner with reliable courier and logistics companies for secure delivery.
  2. Courier partners may vary based on location, product size, and availability.
  3. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses and contact information.

6. Order Tracking

  1. After dispatch, a tracking ID will be shared via email/SMS.

7. Delivery Failures

  1. If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the order may be returned to our warehouse.
  2. Refund or re-shipment will follow our Return/Refund Policy, and any additional shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
  3. Repeated failed deliveries may result in restriction of COD or account privileges.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  1. If a product is received damaged or lost during transit, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. TIVAE will initiate a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return/Refund Policy.
  3. Ensure you retain the courier package and proof of delivery until the claim is resolved.

9. International Shipping

  1. Currently, TIVAE ships within India only.
  2. International orders are not accepted unless explicitly stated on the website.
