a) Before Dispatch
- Customers may request cancellation only before the order is dispatched from our warehouse.
- Once an order is cancelled before dispatch:
- Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.
- COD orders will be cancelled without any charges.
b) After Dispatch
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
- If a customer refuses delivery or requests cancellation after dispatch, the order will be treated as a return, subject to our Return Policy.
- Shipping and handling charges, if any, may be deducted as per policy.
2. Cancellation by TIVAE
TIVAE reserves the right to cancel an order in the following situations:
- Product is out of stock or unavailable
- Pricing or product description errors
- Suspected fraudulent or suspicious activity
- Incomplete or failed payment
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
In such cases:
- Prepaid orders will receive a full refund.
- COD orders will be cancelled without any liability.
3. Refund Timeline for Cancelled Orders
- Approved refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be initiated within 7 working days.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Specific Conditions
- Repeated refusal or cancellation of COD orders may lead to restriction or permanent disabling of COD optionfor the customer account.
- COD cancellations do not involve any monetary refund unless payment was collected.
5. Failed or Partial Payments
- In case of payment failure or partial debit, the amount (if debited) will be refunded automatically by the payment gateway within the prescribed timeline.
6. No Cancellation for Certain Items
Cancellation requests may not be accepted for:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Sale or clearance items
(If such items are cancelled due to seller fault, a full refund will be provided.)
